MURAT KAVURGACI
CO-FOUNDER
Murat KAVURGACI graduated from the Electrical and Electronics Engineering Department of İnönü University in 2004 and has more than 22 years of experience in high-voltage substations, power transmission and distribution systems and energy projects. Throughout his career, he has taken part in numerous wind power plant and substation projects, contributing to both domestic and international AIS/GIS substation designs, grounding systems, and grid analysis studies for critical infrastructure facilities.
Combining his extensive field experience with a strong project and design perspective, he currently serves as Co-Founder at his own venture Consentra.
EROL KAPLAN
MANAGING PARTNER
Erol KAPLAN graduated from the Civil Engineering Department of Pamukkale University in 2002 and has more than 23 years of domestic and international project experience in the energy sector. Throughout his career, he has held senior management positions such as Project Manager, Engineering Director and Operations Director in leading companies in the industry, successfully leading the implementation of large-scale energy and infrastructure projects.
Today, he continues to apply his extensive experience in engineering, project management and strategic operations as Managing Partner at his own venture Consentra.
